The corners on a tallit are really just there to add extra support for the tzitzit. However, they give us a great opportunity to personalize the tallit. I will embroider whatever clients want onto their corners, like Hebrew/English words and/or designs. Usually the wearer personalizes four corners, but there can be up to four additional ones, by adding them onto the backside of the tallit.
