Isabella wanted something similar to Emily's, but more delicate and symmetrical. I can't take credit for the design, as their friend drew the branches that they wanted, and they also sent me the pink fabrics for the flowers.

It's a gorgeous white silk, on which I appliqued brown silk dupioni for the tree branch and made each 5 petaled flower from 2 fabrics.  I also stitched little stamens and pistils on each flower. Isabella also wanted pink and turquoise stripes at the bottom of each side, a bow on the back, and a bird (which they also sent to me) appliqued on one of the branches.

Some of the photos show the process.
